SUNDAYS · A LA CARTE · 100% PLANT-BASED

Vegan Dim Sum in Singapore

Japanese-Cantonese yum cha, handmade in small batches. Wholefood, no mock meat, no garlic or onion — for just 18 seats in Pasir Panjang.

NOT YOUR USUAL YUM CHA

Singapore's vegan dim sum, told in Japanese.

Most vegetarian dim sum leans on mock meat. Ours doesn’t. Chef Joyce rebuilds Cantonese classics — siew mai, har gow, char siew, lava buns — from whole plants, with house-made dashi and the Japanese technique of our vegan omakase kitchen. Everything is 100% plant-based and allium-free: no meat, egg, dairy, mock meat, garlic or onion.

Our Signature Vegan Dim Sum

Dim Sum Dumplings

Pineapple Kanji

Siew Mai

A fresh take on classic siew mai, with more refreshing filling like pineapple, Japanese ingredients like edamame, and our homemade dashi, kombu.

Topped with homemade citrus Ikura.

Eggless Egg Tart

Kabocha Eggless Egg Tart

This isn't your typical egg tart you expect.

Made with layers of filo pastry, the tart is light, crisp, and paired with the naturally sweet Japanese chestnut pumpkin and sweet potatoes.

Pork Belly Char Siew

Char Siew

Pork Belly

Our take on the classic five-layer pork belly, with taro and potato mochi making up the fat layers, and house marinated lion's mane mushroom for the meat layer.

Sauced with red yeast bean curd and miso sauce in-between each layer.
