## Sunday Vegan Dim Sum

- 100% vegan wholefood: no meat, egg, dairy or mock meat; every "meat" is built from whole plants in-house
- Allium-free: no garlic, onion, scallion, leek or chives
- Japanese pantry: house-made dashi, kombu, kabocha, black sesame, shiso and buckwheat
- Signature dishes: edamame and pineapple siew mai with house-made dashi, kombu and citrus "ikura"; char siew "pork belly" layered from taro and potato mochi with lion's mane mushroom, red yeast bean curd and miso; kabocha eggless egg tart in filo pastry with Japanese pumpkin and sweet potato
- Dim sum baskets are $12 each, sized for 2 to share
- Har Gow and Lotus Leaf Sorghum "Chicken" are limited daily batches
- Gluten-free dishes are marked on the menu; the cold soba is 100% buckwheat
